Review: Customer service is exceptional, as is their attention to detail. I brought my vehicle in for a consultation and Jeff Davis gave me insight on my options. He was very thorough, and having to deal with insurance, also very patient. Communication was outstanding.This was my second vehicle brought to Xtreme Detailing and we plan to bring them our third.Great overall experience with them.I recommend Xtreme Detailing. Review: One star is too much of good rating for my experience.I would like to leave this review to help others steer clear of Xtreme Details. I have known Jeff Davis for 15 years and I thought of him as a friend. Brief Synopsis of what took place:I called Jeff and told him I was getting my 2024 vehicle Paint Protection Film (PPF). He recommended a WASH, CLAY BAR, and a POLISH for 800.00. This vehicle had less than 2500 miles and is kept in a HVAC control garage.I arrived at his shop at 9 AM. After going over the vehicle with Jeff, I specifically asked if he was going to oversee this operation. He said yes.I departed at 9:40 AM. At 2 PM, I received a text message stating my truck was completed. I arrived at 4:15 PM. I asked Jeff’s son, how many people worked on my vehicle. His son said. Just me. WOW. and you WASHED, CLAY BAR, and POLISH in 4 1/2 hours by yourself? I was disappointed when we went thru the vehicle. and he was pointing out things he could not get off the truck. I then took my fingernail and scratched off some left over Permatex that was on the paint. I then stated: the clay bar did not take this off? I then asked that none of the superficial paint scratches that I received from helping with the Hurricane Relief effort in North Carolina was still there. None polished out with JAXWAX? I said your father said: everyone would polish out. Not one scratch polished out? His son said No.I said there is zero change in the truck appearance. Actually, worse than when I brought it in with all the water spots. I left after paying and I text Jeff, and asked if I could borrow his equipment to do this myself. The next day I took the vehicle to JAX WAX local distributor, 2 other Detailers to get their opinion. i DID NOT ALLUDE TO THEM THE VEHICLE SUPPOSDELY WASHED, CLAY BAR, AND POLISHED. All concurred this vehicle needed to be polished. I asked all. Are you sure this vehicle needed to be polished? I then stated and showed all the receipt of 800 dollars and what services were provided by Xtreme detailing. On January 3rd I had my appointment set for getting PPF wrapped. The vendor said. I thought you were going to get this vehicle polished. The Vendor stated: We will not PPF this vehicle until it is Polished. The PPF wrap will highlight all the imperfections, and you will not be satisfied nor will we put our PPF wrap (NAME) on this vehicle.I then text Jeff that I had proof from 4 others in his line of work that stated that Xtreme Detailing did not provide the services that I paid for and I called him and his son Liars.Is this how you treat a friend who fixed your Air Conditioners at your house and business? Replace the water heater in your home in the middle of the night so your family is not inconvenienced?I still have to get the vehicle washed, and polished before I can get the vehicle PPF wrapped.I have taken my concerns to the Virginia Beach Chamber of Commerce and filed in a small claims court. I feel betrayed and I have every right to call JEFF DAVIS and his son a LIAR and thief.Cannot imagine what you do to people who you don’t know.
