Review: I met with Mr. Hoff earlier this year to get a quote for a polish and ceramic coating on my rare-spec, low-mileage 2008 TL Type-S. He gave me a quote, and even sent me to another place to get another quote (which was far more than double what he had quoted). He was priced extremely reasonable for the services to be done. I finally got around to getting back this week, and I’m very glad I did.When we first spoke, he had mentioned that he wouldn’t be able to get everything perfect, especially since it’s a black car. I value honesty when it comes to realistic expectations. I’m very, very picky with my cars and I enjoy detailing my cars on my own, but my bravery ends at polishing and potentially ruining my paintjob.Not only did the car turn out beautiful, but he also put some protectant on my leather/vinyl seats, vacuumed interior, as well as washed the windows all at no additional charge. Pointers were given on how to care for the ceramic coat during subsequent washes and care. I’m extremely impressed with the genuine service, honesty, and competitive pricing that is offered here. Mr. Hoff tells me he’s been in business for over 30 years, and this is why. If you’re looking to support a local business here in Richmond, this is the only choice for car detailing. Thanks Mr. Hoff!
