Review: I booked this by text, as requested in the ad. They agreed to come Friday at noon. That morning, they said they’d be here no later than 12:30. At 1:20, I texted to find out when they were coming. No response within an hour, so I cancelled my service request and came here to let you all know: They didn’t show up as scheduled and didn’t communicate to adjust our scheduling beyond the initial 30-minute delay. I’ll find a legit service that does what they say they will do, when they say they’ll do it.
