Review: I used this company a few years ago for my truck with great results but I recently had Kevin’s Detailing do a full detail of my wife’s 2018 Rav 4 with very different results. The Detailer left a dozen or more deep and sharp scratches in the PPF (paint protective film) when attempting to remove tree sap droplets that were on the entire car. My wife did not notice when work was completed but noticed an hour later. I looked at it when I got home and immediately called to leave a voicemail and emailed them with photos.I called again the next day and Kevin argued with me for 20mins insisting it was like that and no way his guy did it. Needless to say, we definitely would have noticed them and the detailer should have reported those to her if they were in fact already there. $350 detail job has now turned into an estimated $2k to have the PPF replaced. Zero accountability for his workers.STAY AWAY!!!

They have been detailing my vehicles for the past year and I can not be happier with the quality work, attention to details, communication, follow-up, and customer service. They take the time and never rush even on a Friday evening. Kevin was here until 7 pm on a Friday and had been here several hours. I do not post a lot of reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond multiple times I take the time to thank them publicly. Review: My experience with this business and more importantly, William was phenomenal! I booked the Interior Full Detail service and added Pet Hair Removal for extra. After the holidays, traveling with my dogs, driving 30 mins back and forth to work, let’s just say, my poor car was in sad shape. William was so meticulous in his work, that this car looks and smells BRAND NEW. He was so polite, communication was on point before and after. He asked if there were any specific areas I would like him to focus on and made sure that I took a good look throughout the vehicle when he was finished. I’m telling you all, my car looks AMAZING. I cannot wait to drive somewhere in it again! Bottom line- if you’re on the fence, just book the appointment. It’s so WORTH IT. 5 stars all around! Thank you William!

Review: I reached out to Kevin’s Detailing Service due to my wife’s car being destroyed over time by our lovely 3 year old. The combination of juice, yogurt and apple sauce stains in combination of crumbs from crackers and chips made it look like a tornado had ransacked our vehicle. Not only did Kevin reach out instantly, but was able to help me figure out the exact combination needed to get the vehicle back to its original glory. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30pm and Kevin showed up at 2pm with a smile and very warm outgoing personality, mind you it was 39° outside! Kevin spent over 4 hours working on our vehicle and after looking over it, I was amazed at the transformation he was able to create. We bought this car used back in 2017 and it literally looked as if it was brand new off the car lot. Although we only asked for the interior to be shampooed and cleaned, Kevin went the extra mile and washed the outside as well which could be considered a $75 value. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kevin and the dedication to his trade, nothing short of professionalism, timeliness and positive attitude. With so many detailing services on the market in the Hampton Roads area it is easy to get flustered with which one will give you the most bang for your buck. DO NOT LOOK PAST KEVINS DETAILING SERVICE TO MEET YOUR NEEDS!!! The full shampoo and cleaning service cost just under $200, to some this may seem like a large investment, but when you see the quality of work completed you understand where the money goes to.Additionally, if you are wondering about his attention to detail, this man even detailed the car key! I have never written a review online prior to this one, and it’s because my wife and I were so astounded with the quality of work. Thank you so much Kevin!

Review: I’ve used only one other detailing service prior to reaching out to Kevin. I needed my truck detailed as I was unable to devote the time needed to clean up my truck, plus I wanted to look good for when I went to post it for sale online. I used the website to contact Kevin and he contacted me that afternoon with the price and next available appointment. Very professional booking and the the pair that came out to detail my truck were very pleasant and professional! Would definitely recommend to friends and I would definitely book a detail again!
