Review: After a couple road trips up and down i95, we definitely needed an exterior and interior detail. Scheduling was super easy and I was scheduled for an appointment within a week. Review: If you only care about having a car that looks shiny without regard to the paint condition, then I guess these guys are good enough. If you care about proper wash technique and not installing swirl marks, then look elsewhere.My car was filthy after driving it through rainy weather on a Thanksgiving road trip. Living in a condo, it was beyond what I could safely clean using a rinseless wash method. I have a trusted detailer in Gainesville, but I regrettably let my busy schedule drive my thinking and opted to try someone closer to home. The reviews for these guys seemed good, so I gave them a shot. When I dropped my car off, I even had a conversation about how I emphatically refuse to use automated car washes to avoid swirl marks and other damage to the paint and convertible top.When I picked the car up, it looked clean and shiny but the car was sitting in the shade. After getting it home and giving it a closer inspection, I was shocked to see ridiculous swirl marks all over the parts of the car that do not have paint protection film. Truly appalling. As if I took the car to “Mr. Wash” and let them rub dirty rags all over it. Now I get to spend more time and hundreds of dollars with a true professional detailer that can polish the paint and undo this disaster.Other than the pervasive swirls, there were various areas that were missed such as around the license plate, wheel arches, and lower portions of the bumpers.FWIW, I messaged this business with the above feedback yesterday and got no reply.
