Review: First time hereI was exited and had more expectations when i got “flagship unlimited” membership for $74.99For such a membership i expect a little bit more.The exterior looks amazing(i have 2025 traverse) but the interior looks untouched to be honest. For being a new car it doesn’t require a deep clean to make it look a little bit better.I will definitely be canceling my membership today

Review: Bad services ever at this place, from the very binging they sell you one plan, but suddenly after the first month I got charged the double of the actual price, so from $36.00 plan they jumped up over my credit card to $59.99 and I did not even get a notification or something to let me know they are charging more, or changing the plan, the worse part from this is I got realize until the 3rd month they were charging $59.99 on my card and still giving out a $36.00 services plan showing right on the voucher the machine gives out, wow! Then I had to came over to the office and ask for a explanation and they couldn’t even say shit… I did request the cancellation of the membership three times and they still charged me the 4th month $59.99 at that moment I did request immediately the cancellation of the membership and the lady at the counter just told me that she can cancel the membership… this is ridiculous and unacceptable and an professional from a company don’t ever go to this place!

Review: No wonder it’s got a low rating. It’s very old system. Computer issues on reading license tags so an employee had to let us in to no mirror to guide the car in to very bare minimum wash to using an old or wet rag to dry the car so it kinda made the car worse…If you have a choice, don’t go to this one. Staff were kind and nice though.

Review: Went in to get my car washed yesterday at this specific location for the first time and got the deluxe, along with the friendliest service, a half off discount special they had going for anyone who voted and left with my car looking better than when I brought it in!I could finally see through my windshield again without the sun and whatever was collected on it blinding me on the road.Absolutely enjoyed my short and easy experience.Definitely would go back!

Review: Well, all I can say is I tried 3 times to go here consistently and all previous experiences were good but this past Saturday, was less than perfect. I went in here on Saturday, 11/9/24. Had my truck cleaned and I purchased the ultimate package, their top of the line package. Truck came out and looked ok, however they barley even hand dry them at all and pay no attention to the vehicle at all while they are doing it, to make sure it’s dry. Left, went 2 miles down the road and stopped for something to drink. When walking back to my truck, I stopped and looked at the front end, wheels, windows, rear window, etc, etc. The front grill was hardly even touched along with the back. They never even bothered to clean the inside nor the outside of the back window. All four wheels were mediocre cleaned at best. I came back about an hour and half later, spoke to the girl at the start off the wash. She looked at it as if I was wrong. Then had me pull into the line that they use to do the interior’s. Someone came out and told me I was in the wrong line and I said, I know I told her that, but she just walked away. I then got into the wash line, the truck was cleaned again. And guess what??? All that was really “cleaned”, and again mediocre at best was what they didn’t do the first time on the wheels, that it. No rear window was cleaned, none of the windows were re-cleaned nor did they even clean off the front end and the rear end. And to think, I was actually considering doing a full inside and outside detailing service for both of my vehicles too, but with their charges on that, if this is any reference to their services, I would be very skeptical on getting these services done here. Guess I am going to just be on the hunt to find a new place that will actually clean a vehicle the way its supposed to be done. I really do not think that is asking much. I am not expecting flawless results from a car wash, but better than they did should be expected. If you can , save your money and look for another place.
