Review: I visited this car wash recently, and while they were quick in getting the job done, the quality of the wash wasn’t up to par. They didn’t keep me waiting too long, which was a plus, but it felt like they rushed the process. As a result, the car wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, with some stains still left behind.If you’re looking for speed over thoroughness, this place might be fine, but if you want a complete, detailed wash, you might want to look elsewhere.Let me know if you want to tweak any parts further!

Review: Do not waste your money, it doesn’t matter how lazy you are DO NOT COME HERE.First of all, the prices have become insane! $36 for ultimate and $44 for flagship! I went with ultimate because the isn’t in a bad shape and I wash it regularly. The cleaning crew didn’t do a remotely close to a good job. No one cares.This location has been a disaster since they opened and every time I go there I say it’s the last time. This time it is the last time.You guys should improve the quality of your work or go out of business. This is unacceptable level of service at these prices.The pictures in this review are after cleaning there! The front bumper looks like it was never cleaned or wiped, the floor mats are wet and still have dirt in them and the cluster now has swipes of dust and water stains all over.

Review: This place is good for maintenance if you don’t want to be a slob and want to have a presentable vehicle. They do a decent cleaning but not great. I have the unlimited Flagship membership. I wish they would bring back the dashboard treatment and fragrance. They deserve 3.5 stars.

Review: Great service and quality work done – thankful for Flagship at South Riding! I had a series issue with my car needing a carpet shampoo and cleaning in the interior. I fortunately met with the manager, who I brought to my parked car. He explained what they would have to do, we agreed (I left my car there and went to work with a coworker), and the manager was in contact with me as soon as it was ready. If you need a general wash, the drive through is great. But if you have an issue that needs specialized attention, talk with them and be flexible. Appreciate this location and I’ll be back!

Review: Paid for the ultimate pkg, but left a lot to be desired. Dirt on outside of truck, did not clean cup holders, did not even attempt to vacuum under the seats and mat just thrown back in (there are spots to secure them). Very disappointed.
