Review: I needed help to clean the inside of my car after someone vomited inside (mainly car door). It wasn’t too bad, so I asked the customer service representative what I could do. They told me they recommended the car shampoo/conditioning, but that I could wait to add it once I spoke with technician.Once the technician got here, they told me they could take care of it without the upgrades because there was not a lot of vomit on the car door. Once they cleaned it I initially thought it was great.The next day, the car still had a slight smell. I was hoping Eco Steam could help me out because I was in a stinky situation and a loyal customer. The customer service representative continued to tell me that he told me to get the seat cleaning. When I told him I didn’t get it because their technician said otherwise, he began to get argumentative. He told me I could send an email, but when I explained that I thought the tech visually did a great job and it was the smell that worried me, he reiterated that I should’ve gotten the upgrade…when I told him about what the technician told me and that I stayed way because it was a little pricey, he said that the real problem was that I could not afford the car cleaning.I didn’t send an email because I had only a few pictures of some stains. Once I did the shampoo cleaning by myself, I noticed that technician forgot to clean under the car seat as well.My bad review doesn’t really have to do with the technician because they did a decent job, outside of the missed trash. However, the customer service rep was rude!
