The entire team is excellent at what they do; whether from customer service to performing the task at hand.I recently took in my 2022 F350 to the team. I told Leland… I want to get my truck looking new again. I wanted to do this as a birthday present to myself this year. Since the initial ceramic coating in 2022, my truck had blemishes from hard work, parking lots and parking garages. The team was able to deliver above and beyond what I was expecting for a SECOND time.You will not be disappointed with the product this company has to offer, the customer service is completely next level, and they become more reliable everytime since my initial interaction. Review: I was utterly amazed at the difference in my Lincoln. I actually did not believe that it was possible to get this kind of deep beautiful shine using anything other than good old wax. In fact, the finish on my car is better than any vehicle I’ve ever owned since bringing it to Ceramic King. And the gents who worked on my car along with the owner/manager gave me the kind of personal attention to detail and service that we no longer see in businesses, large or small. I cannot stress strongly enough, the quality of the work and the professionalism of those who take care of your car when you take it to this business. It’s worth every single penny that I spent.

Review: Can’t thank Leland, Samantha, and everyone in the shop enough for exceeding all expectations! Most folks would never believe this truck spent it’s first year of life being a farm and hunting rig. Factory paint jobs are definitely not as durable or clean as you’d expect them to be for what we pay these days, and I fell victim to numerous scratches, chips, and dents.After seeing what Ceramic King Coatings was able to do with my wife’s Trailblazer last fall; which was severely scratchy from a brushed carwash, I decided to schedule an appointment for the truck. Samantha got me on the books in under a month for dent removal, paint, and ICON Rocklear Coating service.Anyone who knows paint, knows it needs time to cure. Being that I live in NC, that meant a fairly long drive with the high probability of covering fresh paint with bug guts between services. These folks kept my truck safe on site for 5 weeks and 2 days to ensure everything was done right, and had time to cure properly. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and truly appreciate their commitment to good service!If you’re buying a new vehicle that you are going to care how it looks, you’d be crazy not to add their services to your financial plan when purchasing. If you can have it towed to their shop straight from the dealership, even better. However; if you’re a little slow like me and hate how beat up/dirty your year old truck looks, they got you covered too!
