Review: I’m going to have to change my rating. Generally speaking, I was content using this car wash. The tire wax always looks good, and the car always held a clean scent for a while after a visit.The cleaners are always friendly, which is a plus.However, in my last visit the paint of my car was chipped. I’ll admit that I came in when they were busy, and my car exterior was a bit dirtier than usual since I was sick for some time.I’m usually forgiving of a few things. A few streaks on the door or mirror don’t bother me. I saw one spot where the paint was chipped and let it go. I had other commitments and up until then, the carwash had always been a generally good experience.But as the day went on, I noticed more paint chips.None of these chips were there before the car wash. I don’t know what happened, and I have yet to receive a response from when I left a message on the website.I’ve already sold the car so it’s not like I’m looking for compensation, either. But now I have to find another place to wash my NEW car because I would hate to have this happen again.EDIT: Buggy Bathe did respond, however it went into my spam folder. After reading their response to this review, I see where I missed it. They did respond on the same day.

Review: I love coming here. They are always professional and very polite. The manager Renee always has a smile on her face and makes sure that each customer is 100% satisfied before they pull off. I arrived one day right before they closed and she still made sure that I was taken care of. She even vacuumed my car because the first person didn’t do anything. That is what you call a true dedicated manager. I would recommend them to everyone that is looking for a wonderful car wash and detail of their car at a reasonable price.

Review: I signed up for the top monthly service today for $60 a month. My car wasn’t crazy dirty, and at first look they did a good job and everyone was super nice. I noticed a really thick about one inch long black scuff mark on the front right of my bumper that wasn’t there before. I couldn’t get it off with my finger but they did get it off. But what was done to create a scuff mark that big? Or at all? I should have taken a picture but i was just trying to get it fixed. Once i started driving away i noticed my center console was still really dirty and there was still a whole piece of trash left. And once I got home i checked my front bumper more and directly above where the scuff mark was, there’s another scratch but it’s in the paint… it’s smaller so I didn’t notice right away but it was directly above the other mark which again wasn’t there before. And when i dropped it off i asked if they would clean the truck bed and she said they don’t do that but she would spray it out anyways. I have a compact truck, a maverick. It’s very small, it’s the same price if I paid for my SUV to get cleaned, so why isn’t at the very least spraying the leaves out of my truck bed not included when trunks of cars are cleaned? And sure enough when i got home I checked the truck bed. It wasn’t touched. And there are streaks all over the truck that are pretty obvious, and it’s supposed to be streak free wash. By the time I got home it was right before they closed and there isn’t an email to send this to so I resorted to a review. I know i have the membership so I could just go back but I shouldn’t have to take more time out of my day for these easy things that should have been done in the first place, and I’m not sure what to do about the scratch in my paint. Lastly, I didn’t get a car freshener or scent, wether it was just a spray with scent or a hanging scent, she said it would be lemon, there was no scent at all, it doesn’t matter to me but it was just another thing that wasn’t done right.

Review: It was $30 for the best exterior only car wash. When they were done I asked the guy “did you do anything to it?” His response was “yeah we wiped it down”. He had his hamd out for a tip though. This used to be my favorite car wash in Virginia Beach but now it seems like they are not even mediocre. The pics are of my grill AFTER they were done.
