Review: The car wash looks appealing, but the service leaves much to be desired. In short, this has been the worst car wash experience I have ever had. To the owner of this car wash, I urge you to pay close attention to your operations if you are wondering why business is slowing down and people are not returning. The location has potential under the care of the right employees.

Review: They are good at cleaning your car, but they have been slowly getting worse over time. They have had soap dispensing issues for months now. They need to get a better solution to the reduction in application and dispensing of soap during the wash cycle. It’s too bad because I really like this concept.Also, I am not sure what they were thinking when they set up the waiting area as far as seating. It appears that the owner, who owns a couple of boutique hotels in Maryland, used the same current trend in wierd minimalistic hotel design that is all the rage (can’t wait till that nonsense ends) applied that idea to the strange seating in the interior of this car wash. I know that he originally had the idea of serving of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and food, but did not receive his ABC license approval. But still, if you are offering a space for seating for patrons to wait inside, give us usable seating.Staff is always friendly and pleasant and will do whatever they can to help if you have issues. Very impressive to see that younger generation showing that kind of customer service and attitude, which you rarely see today.

Review: If the google allowed me to leave zero stars, I would have done it! This was the most horrible car wash experience we’ve ever had across the country. We paid for the “Performance Wash” option, but it didn’t clean the car at all. The system doesn’t properly rinse, dry, or clean the car—just the worst experience.There are a few workers who seem to be non-English speakers, and they scratched the car by trying to wipe off improperly washed mud. To make things even worse, I found out they don’t include basic vacuuming as part of the car wash. When I asked if I could quickly vacuum the inside myself, I was told “NO.” Instead, they said I’d need to pay an additional $21 for them to do it, which made no sense.Never coming back here!!!

Review: I drove all the way from DC to Leesburg after seeing the great reviews about this place and the kind workers. Unfortunately, I absolutely regret it! I had an incredibly expensive experience that did not meet my expectations. My car is brand new, and I found a scratch on the windshield on the driver’s side that wasn’t there before. Neither the rear windshield nor the trunk were cleaned, the backs of the side mirrors weren’t touched, and the interior still had visible dust. To top it off, the floor mats on the passenger side were left upside down.I paid for the most expensive interior cleaning service, and this level of oversight is unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen, but not mistakes like these—especially at this price point.My advice to the owner is this: It’s not about how many people clean the car, but about how well they clean it. Quality matters more than quantity. I’m deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this service to others.

Review: I really want to like this car wash because I hate the fact Flagship has monopolized the car wash business in this area but my vehicles constantly come out dirty. I even tipped the lady who dried it a $5 tip because I didn’t look at it before. The saying that if you want something done right you have to do it yourself is still true today. Probably even more so
