Review: I got premium service package for $49.99 I never received good service since then . I will provide you my experienceMy car from back always when it’s come out from cleaning chamber it is always be soapy then clean they remove soap with towel I keep telling them your cleaning thing not giving enough water to clean fully and not removing soap or soapy liquid from my car they just ignore and being rude the workers. You know if your car not fully washed with water then for several times wash like that the paint comes off it’s gonna be no more shining too because soap is still there everyone must watch out that because your car is expensive and worthy.we are here because we need proper car wash not half washed.I don’t want happens to everyone cars . I definitely recommend you guys those who have Pakage or membership try someone else out there but not them rude ,unprofessional,with bad bad machine not take off soap . I try second time same thing happened too no difference? Don’t go there don’t buy membership if you care about your expensive cars

Review: I used to give this car wash all my business, when I did not feel like washing my car myself, however I’m going to have to find a new car wash to give my business that is not so violent on my car.The brushes and mops they use need to be more gentle and are too violent causing my mirror cap to get broken and my front license plate mount to be ripped of my car.I spoke to the manager and she is not willing to help remedy the situation, nor aplogize or refund my car wash. She accused me that my car must be defective and already damaged and it’s not their machines fault and that all she has the authority to do is leave a message to have the owner call me to discuss.It’s been 5 days now and I have called back 3 time to have the owner, Pat, give me a call to discuss a solution but it’s clear he has no intention to try and make things right… If the owner reaches out to me with a solution, I will update my review.

Review: This place is complete garbage I went the first time they cleaned everything including leather carpets and all inside including all seats.I went again and paid the last package they so call it “Diamond” my foot diamond. They didn’t even clean my seats and I went back to the lady working at the desk. She was disrespectful and showing me attitude. Don’t call your package diamond if you can’t even clean the whole outside and inside of the car. I am very dissatisfied and I’m never going back here again because it’s so expensive and they don’t even provide your proper service. This is a rip off and a very bad customer service. They don’t even deserve one star if there was zero or minus one I’ll give them minus one.

Review: This is worse service ever I got, I pad for vacuum and cleaning and never got what I paid for, employees are rushing and I ask them I paid for vacuum looks like is limited, spill coffee on sit they said I need to pay 5 dollars more in order to clean my sit, ridiculous service I know why 2.9 rate, employees are rude too

Review: I paid $35 for the Platinum Service and nothing about the service was Platinum. Windshield was not cleaned good. Area around tires still had mud/dirt. Center console was not wiped good. In addition visibly noticeable scratches were on the side of the windshield. When I spoke to the young lady inside the car wash she acted as if she was mute and just shrugged her shoulders. I then spoke with the lady at the counter who said there is no way it occurred there. She was very dismissive. When I asked was there someone else I could speak with she said “No.” Then proceeded to tell me that speaking to the owner would not be effective either. I am 100% sure the scratches were not there prior to me having my car washed. I have only had my car 6 months and my car stays parked in a garage. Their customer service is the worst.
