The customer service rep (I think his name was John) took the time to explain the process since it was my first time detailing a car. I appreciated that reminders were sent before the service day.Tyler, the detailer, arrived on time the day of and worked thoroughly on the car. Once he completed the work, I inspected the car and spotted few areas that needed some touches, and he quickly acted with a great attitude!After the service, another rep called to check if I was satisfied with the work.Very grateful to have had such a pleasant experience with ADA!
